We are currently seeking an experienced Port Captain to join a leading marine and offshore services company managing a fleet of offshore support vessels, tugs, crew boats, AHTS vessels, and platform supply vessels operating throughout the Middle East region.

This position is ideal for former Masters, Chief Officers, and marine operations professionals who have extensive offshore vessel experience and strong leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in fleet operational management, vessel performance monitoring, marine safety compliance, crew supervision, and client coordination.

As Port Captain, you will serve as the primary link between vessel crews, company management, clients, port authorities, and offshore project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective vessel operations.

Key Requirements

• Master Mariner Certificate preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience as Master or Chief Officer
• Offshore vessel operational experience
• Strong knowledge of ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and STCW requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing vessel crews and offshore operations
• Fluent English communication

• Monitor operational performance of assigned vessels
