Job Description

We are recruiting a highly experienced Port Captain to support a large commercial shipping fleet consisting of Container Vessels, Product Tankers, Chemical Tankers, LNG Carriers, and Bulk Carriers operating on international trade routes.

This position is ideal for marine professionals who possess strong vessel operations knowledge, fleet management experience, and a solid understanding of international shipping regulations. The successful candidate will oversee operational performance, vessel inspections, crew management, voyage efficiency, and regulatory compliance across multiple vessels.

As a Port Captain, you will work closely with vessel Masters, technical departments, chartering teams, port agents, and ship management personnel to ensure smooth fleet operations and maximum vessel performance.

Key Requirements

  • Master Mariner Unlimited License
  • Minimum 5 years sailing experience as Master or Chief Officer

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Experience conducting vessel inspections and audits
  • Proficiency in fleet management systems

Responsibilities

  • Monitor vessel operational performance
