We are urgently seeking an experienced Second Engineer (2/E) to join a Chemical Tanker for international marine operations. This opportunity is ideal for qualified marine engineers with tanker experience and strong technical knowledge of marine engine systems.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in rank as Second Engineer on Chemical Tankers
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with MAN B&W ME-B main engines
• Good understanding of tanker engine room operations and maintenance systems
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• All valid maritime certificates and licenses (STCW compliant)
• All documents must be valid and readily available
• Medically fit and ready for immediate deployment
• COVID vaccination as per international requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist Chief Engineer in managing daily engine room operations
• Maintain and troubleshoot main engines, generators, pumps, and auxiliary systems
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery onboard tanker vessels
• Supervise maintenance schedules and engine room crew activities
• Maintain compliance with class, flag state, and company safety procedures

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience on international trading chemical tankers
• Familiarity with tanker safety procedures and cargo operation support
• Experience with electronically controlled marine engines
