URGENT HIRING: Safety Officer – OSV DP2 | Offshore Opportunity

We are urgently seeking an experienced Safety Officer to join an OSV DP2 (Offshore Support Vessel – Dynamic Positioning Class 2) for offshore operations.

This opportunity is ideal for offshore safety professionals with strong experience in marine HSE management and DP vessel operations.

Vessel Type:

• OSV DP2 (Offshore Support Vessel)

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in rank as Safety Officer on OSV, DP2, or similar offshore vessel types
• Strong knowledge of offshore HSE procedures, risk assessment, and emergency response
• Valid BOSIET Certificate
• Valid NEBOSH Certification
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• All valid maritime certificates and documents
• Medically fit and ready for immediate deployment
• COVID vaccination as per international requirements

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce onboard health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Conduct safety inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and offshore regulations
• Support emergency drills and incident investigations
• Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance documentation

Preferred Experience:

• Offshore oil & gas support operations
• Experience on DP2 offshore vessels
• Familiarity with international offshore safety standards
