Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tool Pusher to supervise drilling operations onboard a premium jack-up drilling rig. The Tool Pusher serves as senior drilling supervisor and is responsible for coordinating drilling crews, maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring safety compliance, and achieving drilling objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily drilling operations.
• Coordinate Drillers and Assistant Drillers.
• Ensure compliance with drilling programs.
• Monitor well construction activities.
• Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate rig maintenance activities.
• Supervise rig floor operations.
• Monitor drilling performance KPIs.
• Manage drilling consumables inventory.
• Investigate operational incidents.
• Coordinate with OIM and Company Man.
• Review drilling reports.
• Support emergency response activities.
• Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems.
• Manage drilling crew performance.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years offshore drilling experience.
• Previous Tool Pusher experience.
• IWCF Well Control Level 4.
• BOSIET & HUET.
• Strong leadership abilities.

Salary

USD 14,000 – 18,000 per month
