We are urgently seeking an experienced Electro Technical Officer (ETO) to join a Bulker Transhipper Vessel for international marine operations in Uruguay.

This opportunity is ideal for qualified marine electrical professionals with experience onboard bulk carriers, transhippers, or similar cargo vessels.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in rank as ETO on Bulker, Transhipper, or similar vessel types
• Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems, automation, and troubleshooting
• Experience with cargo handling and conveyor system electrical maintenance is an advantage
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• All valid maritime certificates and licenses (STCW compliant)
• Medically fit and ready for immediate deployment
• COVID vaccination as per international requirements

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems onboard
• Support operation and maintenance of cargo handling equipment and automation systems
• Ensure proper functioning of generators, switchboards, and control systems
• Carry out preventive maintenance and repair activities
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and marine safety standards

Preferred Experience:

• Bulk carrier or transhipper vessel operations
• Experience with conveyor systems and bulk cargo equipment
