Alpha Crew Group is recruiting for this Master Container Job in Worldwide / Not Specified position aboard a assigned vessel for operations in Worldwide / Not Specified. Candidates with relevant vessel-type experience, valid seafarer documentation and a strong safety record are encouraged to review the requirements below.

Job Responsibilities

• Hold overall command and ensure safe navigation, security and compliance with flag, class, charterer and company requirements.
• Plan and supervise voyages, manoeuvring, port approaches, anchoring, berthing and offshore operations appropriate to the vessel.
• Lead the bridge team and maintain effective bridge resource management, watchkeeping and standing orders.
• Ensure statutory certificates, logbooks, drills, permits and operational records are properly maintained.
• Coordinate with charterers, agents, port authorities, offshore installations and shore management while protecting personnel, vessel and environment.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• All required seafarer documents must be valid and available
• Relevant experience in the stated rank on this or a comparable vessel type is required
• Good working English is required
