We are urgently seeking an experienced Second Engineer (2/E) to join a Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barge (SPJUB) for offshore operations. This opportunity is ideal for marine engineers with strong offshore and heavy-duty vessel experience.

Vessel Type:

• SPJUB (Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barge)

Salary:

• Negotiable (based on experience)

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year onboard experience as Second Engineer on SP Jack-Up Barges
  OR
• Previous experience as Chief Engineer on AHTS vessels
• Strong knowledge of marine machinery, power systems, and offshore operations
• Valid BOSIET Certificate
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience on similar offshore vessel types
• All valid maritime certificates and licenses (STCW compliant)
• Medically fit and ready for immediate deployment
• COVID vaccination as per international requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist Chief Engineer in managing engine room operations
• Maintain and troubleshoot vessel machinery and auxiliary systems
• Support offshore operational readiness and equipment reliability
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company procedures
• Supervise engine room crew and maintenance activities

Preferred Experience:

• Offshore jack-up barge operations
• Experience on AHTS, heavy offshore support vessels, or construction barges
• Middle East offshore project experience is an advantage
