TOP URGENT HIRING: 2nd Officer / DPO – AHTS DP2 | Wages Negotiable

We are urgently seeking an experienced 2nd Officer / Dynamic Positioning Operator (DPO) to join an AHTS DP2 (Anchor Handling Tug Supply – Dynamic Positioning Class 2) vessel for offshore operations.

Vessel Type:

Salary:

• Negotiable (based on experience)

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in rank on AHTS DP2 or similar offshore vessels
• Valid DP Full Certificate
• Strong knowledge of DP operations, navigation, and offshore procedures
• Valid BOSIET / HUET certification
• Valid H2S Certificate
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• All valid maritime certificates and licenses (STCW compliant)
• Medically fit and ready for immediate deployment
• COVID vaccination as per international requirements

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the Dynamic Positioning (DP) system during offshore operations
• Assist the Master in navigation and vessel positioning activities
• Maintain DP logs and ensure compliance with IMCA and company procedures
• Support anchor handling and offshore support operations
• Ensure safe vessel operations and adherence to offshore safety standards

Preferred Experience:

• Offshore operations on AHTS DP2 vessels
• Experience in Middle East offshore projects
• Familiarity with towing and anchor handling operations
