URGENT HIRING: Chief Engineer (CE) – AHTS DP2 (Non-DP Charter) | ARAMCO Offshore Project

We are urgently seeking an experienced Chief Engineer (CE) to join an AHTS DP2 (Anchor Handling Tug Supply – Dynamic Positioning Class 2) vessel operating under Non-DP charter for offshore operations.

This opportunity is ideal for qualified marine engineers with strong offshore vessel experience and previous ARAMCO project approval.

Vessel Type:

• AHTS DP2 (Operating in Non-DP Mode)

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in rank as Chief Engineer on AHTS / offshore support vessels
• Strong knowledge of marine engine systems, power generation, and offshore machinery
• Previous approval with Saudi Aramco is mandatory
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• All valid maritime certificates and licenses (STCW compliant)
• All documents must be valid and readily available
• Medically fit and ready for immediate deployment
• COVID vaccination as per international requirements

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all engine room operations and maintenance activities
• Ensure safe and efficient performance of propulsion and auxiliary systems
• Supervise engine department crew and technical operations
• Maintain compliance with class, flag state, company, and client requirements
• Support offshore operations and maintain operational readiness onboard

Preferred Experience:

• Offshore oil & gas support operations
• Saudi Arabia and Middle East offshore projects
