URGENT HIRING: Master – ASD Tug | Offshore & Harbour Operations

We are urgently seeking an experienced Master (Captain) to join an ASD Tug (Azimuth Stern Drive Tug) for offshore and harbour operations.

This opportunity is ideal for marine professionals with strong ASD tug handling experience and offshore operational background.

Vessel Type:

• ASD Tug (Azimuth Stern Drive Tug)

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months recent experience as Master on ASD Tug vessels
• Strong knowledge of tug handling, towing, escort, and harbour operations
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Valid BOSIET Certificate
• Valid OGUK Medical
• All valid maritime certificates and licenses (STCW compliant)
• Medically fit and ready for immediate deployment
• COVID vaccination as per offshore and international requirements

Responsibilities:

• Command and manage all vessel operations safely and efficiently
• Supervise towing, escort, and harbour support activities
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and maritime safety regulations
• Coordinate with terminals, pilots, and offshore teams during operations
• Lead vessel crew and maintain high operational standards onboard

Preferred Experience:

• Offshore oil & gas support operations
• Terminal support and tanker escort operations
• Experience in high-manoeuvrability ASD tug operations
