We are urgently seeking an experienced Mechanic to join a DP3 Drillship for offshore drilling operations.

This opportunity is ideal for skilled offshore mechanical personnel with strong experience onboard drillships or offshore drilling vessels.

Vessel Type:

• Drillship DP3 (Dynamic Positioning Class 3)

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in rank on Drillships or similar offshore vessel types
• Strong knowledge of marine mechanical systems, maintenance, and repair works
• Experience in offshore drilling operations is preferred
• Valid BOSIET or FOET Certificate
• Valid OGUK Medical
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• COVID-19 vaccination as per offshore requirements
• All valid maritime and technical documents readily available
• Medically fit and ready for immediate deployment

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment onboard
• Support engine room and drilling operations with technical maintenance activities
• Maintain pumps, compressors, winches, hydraulic systems, and auxiliary machinery
• Ensure compliance with offshore safety procedures and company standards
• Participate in preventive maintenance and emergency repair operations

Preferred Experience:

• Offshore drilling and DP vessel operations
• Experience with hydraulic and rotating machinery systems
