Job Description

Deep Water Offshore Drilling is recruiting an Offshore Installation Manager to oversee all activities onboard a premium jack-up drilling rig supporting offshore exploration and development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily offshore operations.
  • Lead drilling and marine departments.
  • Ensure HSE compliance.
  • Manage emergency preparedness.
  • Coordinate with client representatives.
  • Lead workforce development.
  • Conduct operational reviews.
  • Manage operational budgets.
  • Support asset integrity programs.
  • Supervise contractor activities.
  • Monitor performance metrics.
  • Lead investigations.
  • Manage offshore logistics.
  • Ensure procedural compliance.
  • Promote continuous improvement.

Salary

USD 22,000 – 30,000 per month
